🌟 The Center for Change Mediators for Sustainable Development, in partnership with Sawt Ajloun Community Radio and in collaboration with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation (Germany), honored a distinguished group of young leaders—members of the “Safe Rural Youth Political Space”—at the conclusion of a specialized training on political participation and party engagement.
This recognition celebrates their commitment to civic learning, dialogue, and active involvement in shaping democratic life in rural communities.
🌱 This recognition honors the young leaders for their dedication to learning, dialogue, and developmental participation during the period from May to October 2024, as part of the activities and programs of the Safe Rural Youth Political Space initiative
🌟 During the program, members of the space learned the foundations of political participation and party engagement, along with mechanisms for effective dialogue with decision-makers, principles of participatory democracy, and the roles of youth in shaping policies at both the local and national levels.
🌟 During the training period, participants contributed over 30 hours of volunteer service through their active involvement in direct dialogue sessions with decision-makers and party representatives. They also engaged in digital dialogue via community media, particularly through Sawt Ajloun Community Radio, which played a key role in raising political awareness among youth and political parties about the importance of youth as effective leaders within parties and potential future decision-makers
