The Center for Change Agents participates in a discussion session to develop a gender-based violence classification and reporting lines.

Programs and communities specialist Ahmed Abdelkader Al-Rababa’a, representing the Center for Change Agents for Sustainable Development, participated in a discussion session organized by JOSA in cooperation with the Midan Organization, which aimed to discuss the development of the gender-based violence classification and its reporting lines, in order to enhance protection and response mechanisms and increase safe access to support services.

This session came within the framework of strengthening coordination between civil society organizations and actors, and working to develop more effective tools to respond to cases of gender-based violence, in order to ensure the provision of safe and comprehensive services that take into account the needs of the beneficiary groups.

During the session, experiences and best practices were exchanged, challenges related to reporting mechanisms and access to services were discussed, in addition to reviewing opportunities to develop joint cooperation in a way that enhances the efficiency of community protection systems.

Al-Rababah stressed the importance of these participatory dialogues in supporting the efforts of institutions working in the social and humanitarian field, noting that developing classification tools and reporting lines contributes to improving the quality of response and raising the level of confidence in the services provided.
