“Ajloun Women’s Association hosts a session on gender-based violence and denial of education.”
As part of its efforts to raise community awareness on women’s issues, the Ajloun Women’s Charitable Association, in collaboration with the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development, is hosting a highly significant awareness session on Thursday, May 29, 2025, titled “Gender-Based Violence: Denial of Education and Abuse.
This session aims to shed light on the challenges faced by many women and girls as a result of discrimination and oppression. Denial of education and mistreatment are among the most prominent forms of violence that negatively impact their lives and futures.
Through interactive discussions and valuable contributions, the session will explore the impacts of this phenomenon and ways to address it through policies and practices that promote social justice and gender equality.
The association invites all members of the community—researchers, activists, and those interested in this issue—to attend this session and take part in the constructive dialogue that contributes to enhancing collective knowledge and offering practical solutions to the challenges at hand.
This event represents an important opportunity for exchanging experiences and information, and for building bridges of cooperation toward a more equitable future for all members of society.
