” Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development ” announces the implementation of specialized training to support women’s economic participation in Ajloun

Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development is preparing to implement a specialized training within the “For You 2” initiative, which is being implemented in partnership with the Ajloun Women’s Charitable Society and the Jordanian Women’s Solidarity Institute, and in cooperation with the “Knafeh and a Story” initiative, as part of efforts aimed at enhancing women’s economic participation in the Ajloun Governorate, and empowering women owners of home-based and small businesses.

The training aims to enhance the presentation, public speaking, and discussion management skills of 10 women, enabling them to effectively present the field-developed economic recommendations paper to stakeholders and policymakers. This activity is part of a series of events designed to support women in developing their projects and improving their market access, coinciding with the upcoming opening of the permanent rural products exhibition early next year.

The training will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, in the hall of Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development

The program concludes with a roundtable discussion that includes representatives of policymakers and stakeholders to present and discuss the recommendations paper prepared by the “Kunafa and Story” initiative team in collaboration with the participating women.

This training comes as a continuation of the initiative’s efforts to enhance women’s economic role in rural communities and provide a supportive environment for their small and home-based businesses in Ajloun Governorate.
