Green Entrepreneurship and Climate Change

In an era where environmental challenges are accelerating and the impacts of climate change are becoming increasingly evident in our daily lives, green entrepreneurship emerges as one of the most important innovative solutions to confront these crises, serving as a practical model that links economic development with environmental preservation.
Green entrepreneurship does not only mean establishing environmentally friendly projects, but it also means changing the way of thinking towards a more sustainable and just future. It calls for turning climate challenges into real job opportunities, enabling youth and women to innovate in fields such as modern agriculture, renewable energy, and natural resource management.
Arab youth, especially in rural areas, have proven their ability to lead change through small entrepreneurial projects that make a significant difference in their communities. Whether it’s a farmer using hydroponic systems to reduce water consumption, or a young woman establishing a project to recycle waste and turn it into useful products—both are examples of the green entrepreneurship we need today.
Addressing climate change is not the responsibility of governments alone; it is a collective responsibility that requires collaboration between entrepreneurs, civil society, and educational institutions to build a green economy that achieves sustainable development and protects our resources for future generations.
From here, we must invest in green minds and support innovative ideas that balance profit with environmental responsibility. Every green initiative is a step toward a brighter and more equitable future for our shared planet.
