It was launched through a developmental partnership bringing together local and international organizations: Plan International, Ruwwad Foundation, Alfanar Foundation, and the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development, generously supported by the European Union.

From the outset, the goal was clear: to unlock the potential of the local community and empower it by supporting entrepreneurial projects and community initiatives that directly address the real needs of underprivileged areas—chief among them, Ajloun

🌟 From an Idea to a Community Movement

Mubadroon” was not merely a project offering financial grants or vocational training—it was a comprehensive developmental vision aimed at fostering a more inclusive and equitable economic and social environment. This was pursued by empowering individuals, strengthening the capacities of community centers, and promoting social entrepreneurship on both the local and national levels.

Specifically in Ajloun Governorate—where unemployment and poverty rates are notably high—the project became a tangible window of hope. It contributed to:

• It supported more than 60 entrepreneurial projects and initiatives, which were developed and expanded to become more sustainable and impactful.
• It created diverse job opportunities—permanent, temporary, and volunteer—for youth and women, and connected them to the local labor market.
• It strengthened the capacities of community centers to become innovative incubation platforms that offer mentoring, training, and guidance services—delivered by experts in entrepreneurship and development.
• It supported networking between entrepreneurs and providers of financial and technical services at the national level.

As an active partner in the project, the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development carried out a series of targeted interventions in Ajloun Governorate, focusing on:
