🎙️ Voice of Youth: Bilal Al-Samadi – From the Countryside to National Leadership in Empowering the New Generation

🎙️ In the heart of Ajloun Governorate, where youth aspirations intersect with social and economic challenges, Bilal Ghaleb Al-Samadi emerged as one of the most outstanding young figures who combined media and youth work in an exceptional journey grounded in impact and strategic planning.

Bilal didn’t settle for the role of a presenter or activist—he carved out a leadership position for himself as a genuine voice reflecting the concerns of youth, leading serious development dialogues toward meaningful change.

🎙️ His media journey began at Sawt Ajloun Community Radio, where Bilal launched his interactive program “Voice of Youth”, with guidance and support from the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development. The program evolved into a national dialogue platform addressing youth issues in both rural and urban areas, covering topics such as education, employment, entrepreneurship, and political participation.

Bilal successfully leveraged community media as a strategic tool to foster communication between youth and decision-makers, becoming a bridge for mutual understanding and collaborative action among all stakeholders.

🎙️ Through the training, technical, and professional support he received from the center and the radio station, Bilal was able to develop his media tools, enhance the impact of his programs, and implement a series of targeted dialogues based on a participatory approach that reflects the visions and needs of youth, especially in rural and marginalized areas.

 

🌟 His achievements didn’t stop at local media work—today, Bilal serves as the Coordinator of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Planning Unit at the “All Jordan Youth Commission”, the youth arm of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development.

In this strategic role, he contributes to the design and development of programs and initiatives aimed at empowering Jordanian youth across all governorates. It’s a natural extension of his impactful role as a dynamic force in the youth development field.

🌍 At the regional level, Bilal represented Jordan at the International Youth Day celebration in Cairo in 2021, where he showcased the efforts and initiatives of the All Jordan Youth Commission in addressing the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
