🌟 In the heart of Ajloun Governorate, Iman Hamad Bani Salman stands out as one of the leading female figures actively contributing to empowering rural women within local communities.

As a second-term member of the Al-Ayoun Municipality, Iman continues her path of community leadership, driving positive change. She is also a distinguished member of the “Change Agents Center for Sustainable Development” and the “Rural Women’s Forum – Equal Movement.”

ترجم

🌾 Her Contribution to Empowering Rural Women Thanks to her active involvement in the Rural Women’s Forum, Iman became a powerful voice for the empowerment of rural women, supporting them in reaching positions of decision-making. The Forum—which was founded by the Change Agents Center in collaboration with Rural Ambassadors and Sawt Ajloun Radio—served as a pivotal platform that helped Iman refine her leadership skills. Within this forum, Iman took part in a series of community meetings and awareness initiatives aimed at raising consciousness about rural women’s rights and the importance of their participation in political and economic spheres. She firmly believes that public service is a humanitarian mission intended to improve community life for all—especially for women in villages and rural areas.

🌱 Guidance and Support from the Change Agents Center

Through training courses and ongoing mentorship provided by the Change Agents Center for Sustainable Development, Iman was able to enhance her leadership skills and strengthen her ability to influence her community. The support she received wasn’t just educational—it was true empowerment. It helped her build a strong network of community relationships, positioning her as a strategic partner in driving change throughout Ajloun.

🌾 Change Sparked from the Countryside Today, Iman Hamad Bani Salman stands as a true model of the inspiring rural woman—one who has turned challenges into opportunities. Through her continued involvement in community activities, Iman has become more than just a social activist; she is a living symbol of transformation and a role model for many women in Ajloun and other rural areas. 🌟 Iman’s Legacy: A Leading Role in Sustainable Change The support of the Change Agents Center and the Rural Women’s Forum was only the beginning. Iman was a key contributor to building a sustainable feminist legacy that aims for true equality and social justice for all women—especially those in rural communities. Today, she stands as a pillar of change whose efforts go beyond advocating for women’s rights—they extend to building a more balanced society across Ajloun and all rural regions. 🎯 Iman’s Message: Women’s Leadership Knows No Limits Iman Hamad Bani Salman proves that women’s leadership in rural areas is not just theoretical—it is a real movement with the power to make a difference in local communities. Through collaborative work and continuous mentoring, she has made impactful contributions to grounding the values of equality and justice in everyday life.
