The Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development places the highest importance on upholding ethical standards and institutional integrity by adopting a Code of Conduct and a comprehensive Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud Policy, ensuring a transparent and accountable work environment.
To achieve this objective, the Center operates through an Oversight and Ethics Committee with an advisory mandate, composed of a select group of experts and specialists. The Committee is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Code and integrity policies, receiving complaints and reports of potential violations, and ensuring that all cases are handled professionally, objectively, and with strict confidentiality.
The Center encourages all its members, partners, and the community to report any suspected violations or misconduct through the designated electronic Reporting Platform.
When using the platform, please ensure to include the following information:
The nature of the alleged violation
The location and date of occurrence (if available)
The identity of the person or entity involved
How the violation was committed
The reason the behavior is considered inappropriate
The identity and personal data of the whistleblower will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any party without the whistleblower’s prior written consent.
