Rashid Al-Rababah works as a Media and Communications Specialist at Sawt Ajloun Radio. He is one of the key figures behind developing the radio’s performance and enhancing its community mission. Rashid oversees managing and organizing the media and production team’s work, effectively leading internal and external communication processes, making him the main link between the radio, its local community, partners, and broad audience.
He is also responsible for the overall supervision of the radio team, ensuring smooth and coordinated workflow across different departments. Rashid provides guidance and necessary support to colleagues to carry out their tasks efficiently. He works to foster a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and knowledge sharing, focusing on building the team’s capacities through continuous training and professional mentoring.
Rashid contributes to shaping the radio’s media vision and strategy, participating in designing annual media plans, scheduling programs, and prioritizing content aligned with the developmental, cultural, and social mission adopted by the station.
