Lana Omar Al-Momani works at Sawt Ajloun Radio as an Assistant for Media, Communications, and Programs. She is a vital and dynamic member of the radio team, combining a high media sensibility with strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills with the audience and local community.

Lana holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, which is clearly reflected in her professional style in preparing media content, crafting awareness and promotional messages, and editing scripts, bulletins, and press materials for the radio. She is distinguished by her meticulous work and ability to express ideas clearly and impactfully, which contributes to enhancing the radio’s presence in the digital and media space—whether through social media platforms or community media campaigns carried out by the station.

In her role, Lana contributes to planning and coordinating radio programs, ensuring their implementation aligns with the radio’s objectives and community mission, in addition to supporting the technical and administrative aspects related to content production and documentation. Eman Mousa Qarshi works as a Program Producer and Technical Assistant at Sawt Ajloun Radio and is considered a fundamental pillar of the radio’s media team. Her role combines the creative aspect of preparing and coordinating programs with the technical side of operating equipment and devices, as well as monitoring the quality of broadcast and audio production, making her a key contributor to delivering professional media content that serves the radio’s goals and community mission.

Iman has a strong passion for community media and believes in the radio’s role in raising awareness and building communication bridges between citizens and their environment. Through her work, she contributes to developing diverse radio programs that reflect the issues and concerns of the residents of Ajloun Governorate, focusing on supporting marginalized groups and empowering youth and women, alongside highlighting environmental, cultural, and developmental issues.
