We recommend that all bidders interested in participating in the tenders and bids issued by the Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development carefully review the following instructions and guidelines:

Before Submitting Bids:

• Please read the Center’s Procurement Manual and Practical Guide before preparing and submitting bids.

• All inquiries and responses related to any tender procedures will be published exclusively on the Center’s official website.

• Bids must be submitted in English unless otherwise stated in the invitation text.

• Bidders are advised to strictly adhere to the instructions regarding bid submission (number of copies, envelope packaging, submission method, etc.), as failure to meet any requirements may result in disqualification.

• Bids can be submitted either by mail or by hand delivery to the Center’s headquarters.
