Public Policies and Regulations

Institutional Policies and Systems

In alignment with the mission of the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development and its vision to promote positive social change and achieve sustainable development by empowering diverse community groups—especially youth and women—and enhancing their roles in civic engagement, governance, human rights, education, and environmental action, these general policies and systems have been developed to serve as a comprehensive institutional reference. They guide the center’s operations, regulate decision-making processes, and ensure transparency, accountability, and performance efficiency.

These policies aim to establish a regulatory framework that defines the core principles and values underpinning the center’s work, and governs administrative, financial, and operational procedures in accordance with international best practices, legal obligations, and human rights conventions. This framework strengthens the center’s institutional resilience and sustainability while safeguarding the rights of all stakeholders, including employees, partners, beneficiaries, and donors.

The adoption of these policies and systems represents a strategic step toward embedding good governance within the center and fostering an institutional culture grounded in professionalism, integrity, participation, and continuous development. They serve as a procedural guide and unified reference for all staff and relevant stakeholders.
