In another exceptional year of change and community engagement, the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development is pleased to present its 2023 administrative report and project summary—a document that embodies our ongoing commitment to achieving inclusive and sustainable development grounded in justice, participation, empowerment, and social accountability.

 

The year 2023 marked a pivotal moment in expanding the Center’s impact and deepening its presence in local communities—particularly in rural and marginalized areas. We implemented a series of high-impact initiatives and projects that effectively addressed the actual needs of the population, while taking into account the rapid social, economic, and environmental transformations in Jordan and the region.

Our efforts focused on promoting good governance, advancing political and civic participation, raising environmental awareness, empowering women and youth, activating community media tools, and innovating in the use of technology to serve development issues.
