Steadily Toward Empowerment: Comprehensive Access Report for Sawt Ajloun Radio – 2019
In a world where change is accelerating and the concepts of development and social justice are being redefined, the need arises to build inclusive societies where no one is excluded and no group is denied its rights or the opportunity for full participation in public life. From this perspective, the 2019 Annual Access Report by the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development documents our practical steps toward making equitable and fair access to resources, services, and community participation a tangible reality—not just a slogan.
Since our inception, we at the Change Makers Center have believed that access is not a privilege, but a fundamental right for every human being. In 2019, we worked to promote this right by implementing a range of programs, initiatives, and development projects targeting the most marginalized groups—especially women, youth, persons with disabilities, and residents of rural and underserved areas. Our efforts focused on removing the barriers that prevent individuals and communities from actively participating in development and decision-making processes, whether those barriers are legal, cultural, economic, or technological.

At the Change Makers Center, we believe that achieving inclusive and equitable access is not an individual task, but a collective responsibility that requires genuine partnerships, transparency, and flexibility in facing challenges. We hope this report serves as a tool for accountability, a platform for dialogue, and a mirror reflecting our shared aspirations for a more just, equitable, and inclusive future.
Sustainable development cannot be achieved without access for all, and by all.
