In this context, the Center offers a Secondment Program, which targets qualified professionals from various government entities, public institutions, and regional and international organizations to work with the Center’s teams for a defined period.

This system provides mutual added value: the seconded employee contributes their expertise and skills to support the Center’s projects and programs, while also gaining practical experience and insights in sustainable development. These experiences are then brought back to their home institution after the secondment ends, contributing to knowledge transfer, strengthened cooperation, and the building of robust partnerships between the Center and its national, regional, and international partners.

The Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development is guided by the principles of partnership, participatory decision-making, and shared responsibility in addressing sustainable development issues. It applies a flexible and interactive working methodology that fosters a professional and stimulating environment for joint efforts and professional development.
