We are pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Applications (RFA) within the framework of the project “Voices Heard: Empowering Ajloun Voice Radio,” launched by the Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development (ICC). This project aims to enhance the resilience and sustainability of Ajloun Voice Radio by addressing key challenges related to audience engagement, content diversity, and financial sustainability.

Since its establishment in 2016, the Intermediaries of Change Center (ICC) has been committed to empowering communities in Ajloun Governorate. Ajloun Voice Radio is a central part of our mission, serving as an important source of news, education, and advocacy for marginalized groups.

We invite you to review the attached Request for Applications, which includes detailed information about the objectives of the two-day training, scope of work, and application requirements. The training will cover the following key topics:

• Introduction to digital broadcasting techniques
• Practical training on broadcasting software usage
• Best practices for engaging with audiences online
• Techniques to improve audio quality and user experience

This two-day intensive training is designed for the technical team at Ajloun Voice Radio, with the aim of equipping them with the necessary skills to expand the station’s reach and enhance audience engagement.
