The Center for Change Agents participates in launching a survey of technology-facilitated service providers in the field of gender-based violence in Jordan.
Amman – Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development, represented by Operations and Programs Specialist Reham Al-Qudah, participated in the launch event of the survey of service providers in the field of gender-based violence facilitated through technology in Jordan.
This event was held to announce the survey developed by the Jordanian Open Source Association “JOSA” in cooperation with the Danish Institute for Human Rights, and with the support of the French Embassy in Amman for the year 2025. The event also witnessed the launch of a guide for providers of gender-based violence services, which comes as a reference tool aimed at enhancing access to services and improving coordination among the parties working in this field.
The event provided a space for networking and exchanging experiences among service providers, in addition to discussing ways to enhance cooperation and coordination among actors in combating gender-based violence.
Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development was represented at the event by its Operations and Programs Specialist, as it is one of the key players that focuses on providing psychosocial support services to victims of gender-based violence, particularly digital violence. The center also offers protection, legal aid, counseling, and survivor support services, in addition to cybersecurity support, in line with national and international efforts within the 16 Days of Activism against Digital Violence campaign.
Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development affirms its continued commitment to addressing cases of violence against women in Ajloun Governorate and its various regions, and to strengthening cooperation with institutions in other governorates, based on its belief in the importance of partnerships in confronting gender-based violence and mitigating its effects.
