The goal of the Change Makers Center is to promote regional and local dialogue and cooperation, and to implement tangible development initiatives and projects that make a real difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
Our methodology is based on three main components: policies, platforms, and projects.
The Center has established a working approach that integrates strategic thinking with fieldwork, driven by a shared ambition to transform policy recommendations and outcomes into real projects that address the complex priorities and challenges of sustainable development in the region.
The Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development builds its identity around a strategic participatory dimension, grounded in regular consultative meetings that bring together representatives from government entities, civil society organizations, experts, and youth initiatives.
These meetings aim to identify development priorities and adopt a shared local and regional agenda that responds to real needs.
The Center also organizes an annual forum that gathers key partners and stakeholders concerned with sustainable development issues. During this forum, the achievements of the year are reviewed, challenges are discussed, and strategic directions for the upcoming year are adopted.
The recommendations resulting from these meetings serve as a guiding reference framework for the Center and its partners across various development fields.
The sectoral meetings organized by the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development strengthen the path of developmental dialogue by focusing on specific issues such as economic and political empowerment, the environment, education, health, entrepreneurship, community empowerment, and gender equality.
These gatherings provide an open space for knowledge and experience exchange among experts and stakeholders. They also contribute to identifying shared challenges and proposing practical, applicable solutions at both the local and regional levels.
The Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development activates local and regional platforms and dialogue sessions aimed at enhancing networking and the exchange of expertise among sustainable development actors at both the local and regional levels.
Building on the outcomes of sectoral meetings and strategic recommendations, the Center works to develop an interactive network of decision-makers, community institutions, and change-makers to create participatory responses to development challenges.
To date, more than 15,000 stakeholders from various sectors have participated in these sessions, making them an effective space for joint planning and the generation of innovative ideas that are translated into tangible development initiatives.
The Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development supports innovative local and regional projects and initiatives aimed at fostering effective partnerships and meaningful engagement between stakeholders and beneficiaries across the region.
The Center seeks to expand the social and economic impact of these efforts through creative initiatives that contribute to achieving sustainable development. It also acts as a key supporter by accompanying implementing entities throughout the entire project lifecycle, thereby enhancing dialogue and collaboration among various parties and fostering synergies that lead to mutual benefit and sustainable partnerships.
