Who We Are

In a world where development challenges are accelerating and cultural, social, economic, and environmental gaps are widening, the need for effective institutions with a clear vision, participatory approach, and real implementation capacity becomes increasingly urgent. It is from this need that the Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development was established—as an independent development platform committed to promoting inclusive and sustainable development concepts and fostering partnerships among government institutions, civil society organizations, the private sector, and relevant international and regional bodies.

The center coordinates sustainable initiatives and projects that respond to community needs while respecting their cultural, social, and economic specificities. It focuses on integrating marginalized groups, promoting social justice, and creating an enabling environment for youth and women. We believe that true development can only be achieved when citizens become partners in decision-making, actively contributing to setting priorities, identifying needs, and participating in the implementation of initiatives that serve their communities.

Objectives


  1. Train, qualify, and empower youth across democratic, economic, social, cultural, political, and environmental fields to increase their participation in public life and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  2. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
  3. Support and protect human rights at the national and regional levels.
  4. Expand freedoms in society, particularly in political systems, democracy, freedom of expression, transparency, accountability, and justice.
  5. Promote human values, volunteerism, behavioral and objective skills, interfaith dialogue, and the rejection of violence and extremism.
  6. Collaborate with governmental and private sectors, civil society organizations, and international bodies to provide opportunities for employment, education, scholarships, training, and the development of technical, cognitive, and practical skills, as well as project management, innovation, and entrepreneurship—to reduce poverty and unemployment.
