Ajloun Voice Community Radio, and within the \u201cSafe Rural Youth Space\u201d project, is organizing a participatory dialogue meeting with His Excellency Dr. Raed Al-Adwan, Minister of Youth, with the participation of young leaders who are members of the Safe Rural Youth Space, the Center\u2019s management, and the team of Ajloun Voice Community Radio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This meeting comes within the framework of efforts aimed at strengthening the role of youth in development and decision-making, through discussing the priorities of young men and women in Ajloun Governorate, and reviewing the challenges and opportunities related to employment and economic empowerment, particularly in rural communities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting also aims to explore ways to equip young people with the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the labor market, encourage entrepreneurial initiatives and sustainable youth-led projects, and enhance their participation in shaping public policies and public life, thereby contributing to building youth leadership capable of effectively engaging in national modernization and development processes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcac Key themes of the meeting:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Priorities of young men and
