Ajloun Awaits Its Industrial Launch \u2013 The Time Has Come to Invest in People and Place<\/strong><\/p> We are pleased to welcome His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan, along with his esteemed colleagues in the ministerial team, to Ajloun Governorate, which opens its heart before its doors to all the sons and daughters of the homeland. The convening of the Cabinet in Ajloun is, in itself, a message of trust and care from the state towards this beloved governorate, and a window of hope for its people that better days are ahead, God willing.<\/p><\/p>\n\n While we highly appreciate this governmental approach, we affirm that Ajloun today deserves practical steps that reflect the wise attention of the Hashemite leadership, foremost among them His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, who continually emphasizes the necessity of empowering youth, supporting local development, and advancing all governorates with justice and fairness. “Slow Development Reality and Hopes Suspended”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Despite the great potential that Ajloun possesses\u2014its beautiful nature, moderate climate, and qualified human resources\u2014the governorate still suffers from slow development progress. This has exacerbated unemployment rates and weakened confidence in the possibility of change. Although there are important training and rehabilitation centers, such as the Vocational Training Corporation and the National Company for Employment and Training, the absence of productive projects capable of absorbing their graduates has limited their impact.<\/p>\n\n Other sectors such as tourism and agriculture, although considered fundamental pillars of Ajloun, still require greater government support and an expansion of funding and initiatives. This would enhance the ability of citizens to become self-reliant and create genuine job opportunities. Ajloun Youth\u2026 Energies Awaiting Investment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The youth of Ajloun are neither lacking in ambition nor competence; rather, they need a nurturing environment and attractive projects that enable them to participate in developing their community instead of seeking opportunities outside the governorate. His Majesty the King\u2019s vision to support and empower youth must find its way into implementation through concrete projects that provide employment opportunities, qualification, and specialized training. The Fundamental Solution: An Integrated Industrial City<\/strong><\/p>\n\n In this context, establishing a specialized industrial city in Ajloun would be a true turning point if it is linked to local training specializations and outputs, and directed towards light, environmental, and agro-processing industries that suit the region\u2019s unique characteristics.<\/p>\n\n Creating a stimulating investment environment, simplifying procedures, and providing incentives are all encouraging factors to attract national and Arab investors. This contributes to boosting the local economy and opens new horizons for the people of the governorate.<\/p>\n\n Tourism and Agriculture\u2026 Promising Sectors in Need of a Boost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Alongside the industrial sector, expanding support for tourism and agricultural projects in Ajloun is equally important. The governorate possesses unique tourist sites and fertile agricultural lands that can be transformed into diverse sources of local income and investment, provided they are linked to modern infrastructure, effective promotional plans, and facilitated financing. In conclusion\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Ajloun asks for nothing more than a fair opportunity and genuine political will to translate the royal vision into tangible reality.
