The “Youth Rural Political Space” was not just a safe space for dialogue, but over the past year, it has transformed into a youth political platform that brought together diverse voices from local communities. It has worked to raise awareness and engage with decision-makers and civil society organizations to advocate for youth issues. From here, our message today begins\u2014a message from the heart of Ajloun to everyone who believes that youth are the true driving force for change.<\/p>\n\n

The greatest challenge in Ajloun is unemployment. Youth are educated and ambitious, yet they are trapped by limited opportunities and difficult economic conditions. Here, the urgent need for quality education, innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship as practical tools for change becomes clear. We don\u2019t want mere small, temporary projects; we seek a radical shift in how education and training are perceived.<\/p> \n

Unless current curricula integrate concepts of entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology, they will remain disconnected from market demands. Practical training should not be just symbolic hours, but rather long, intensive programs that prepare students to face the job market. Graduates must possess real skills: the ability to work within a team, problem-solving, turning ideas into projects, preparing feasibility studies, project writing, managing public relations, and effective communication in foreign languages. These are not luxuries but essential necessities for fair competition in the labor market.<\/p> \n \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n

This is where green entrepreneurship emerges as a different approach\u2014a project that serves the environment while creating job opportunities at the same time. It transforms the student from a passive recipient into a young person capable of establishing a sustainable venture that protects nature, supports the local economy, and brings hope to their community.<\/p>\n\n

But Ajloun is not just a green environment; it is also a rich tourist destination that has yet to be properly invested in. Why don\u2019t we teach our youth how to manage tourist trails? Why don\u2019t we train them to establish local guesthouses or develop rural products marketed through online platforms? And why don\u2019t we integrate agriculture with tourism under the umbrella of sustainable entrepreneurship? These are real economic opportunities waiting to be unlocked.<\/p> \n

Today, we send a clear message: the youth of Ajloun can no longer tolerate marginalization. They are a present voice that refuses to remain on the sidelines. What we ask for is a genuine partnership with international organizations and civil society institutions\u2014partnerships that invest in our capabilities and open new horizons for us.<\/p> \n \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n

We invite you to work with us, through the Change Mediators Center and Ajloun Voice Radio, to launch impactful, practical programs\u2014not just quick workshops that end without results. The youth of Ajloun have the energy, knowledge, and ambition; all they need is a fair opportunity.<\/p>\n\n

And the most important question remains:
How can green entrepreneurship open new horizons for the youth of Ajloun, steering them away from traditional unemployment?
And why don\u2019t we invest in tourism, agriculture, and the environment as a gateway to a genuine local economic renaissance?<\/p> \n \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n<\/div> \n
