It was launched through a developmental partnership bringing together local and international organizations: Plan International, Ruwwad Foundation, Alfanar Foundation, and the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development, generously supported by the European Union.<br\/><br\/>From the outset, the goal was clear: to unlock the potential of the local community and empower it by supporting entrepreneurial projects and community initiatives that directly address the real needs of underprivileged areas\u2014chief among them, Ajloun<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf1f From an Idea to a Community Movement<\/h3>\n\n<p>Mubadroon\u201d was not merely a project offering financial grants or vocational training\u2014it was a comprehensive developmental vision aimed at fostering a more inclusive and equitable economic and social environment. This was pursued by empowering individuals, strengthening the capacities of community centers, and promoting social entrepreneurship on both the local and national levels.<\/p>\n\n<p>Specifically in Ajloun Governorate\u2014where unemployment and poverty rates are notably high\u2014the project became a tangible window of hope. It contributed to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It supported more than 60 entrepreneurial projects and initiatives, which were developed and expanded to become more sustainable and impactful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It created diverse job opportunities\u2014permanent, temporary, and volunteer\u2014for youth and women, and connected them to the local labor market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It strengthened the capacities of community centers to become innovative incubation platforms that offer mentoring, training, and guidance services\u2014delivered by experts in entrepreneurship and development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It supported networking between entrepreneurs and providers of financial and technical services at the national level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde9 The Role of the Change Makers Center: From Capacity Building to Fostering Sustainability<\/h3>\n\n<p>As an active partner in the project, the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development carried out a series of targeted interventions in Ajloun Governorate, focusing on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It designed and facilitated hands-on training in the fields of social entrepreneurship, financial sustainability, and marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It empowered local entrepreneurs by incubating their projects and providing technical and professional guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It promoted a culture of community innovation through media campaigns and community listening sessions that helped bridge the gap between decision-makers and the real challenges faced by the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee4\ufe0f Toward Broader Impact and Deeper Reforms<\/h3>\n\n<p>Believing in the importance of an enabling environment, the project did not overlook the development of national policies and legislation. Dialogue sessions and workshops were held with the participation of local and international experts, resulting in high-quality recommendations aimed at strengthening the social entrepreneurship ecosystem and simplifying procedures for young entrepreneurs\u2014particularly in marginalized governorates.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcac \u201cMubadroon\u201d: A Story We Tell\u2026 and a Future We Build<\/h3>\n\n<p>The impact of \u201cMubadroon\u201d was not only measured by the number of supported projects or the jobs created, but also by the cultural transformation it instilled within local communities. The project redefined the concept of entrepreneurship\u2014connecting it with social value, economic justice, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n<p>And here we are today, at the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development, continuing the work we started\u2014driven by the genuine and inspiring success stories we\u2019ve witnessed.
