She chose the moringa plant\u2014locally known as the \u201cmiracle tree\u201d\u2014as the foundation for her brand. Through tireless effort and countless experiments, Nibal began crafting her own unique formulas, inspired by her surroundings, bearing her signature, and embodying her vision of pure, natural beauty.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf31 <strong>But the road wasn\u2019t easy.<\/strong> Like many young women aspiring to launch from rural communities with limited resources, Nibal faced challenges\u2014including a lack of capital and limited technical know-how in marketing and business development.<br\/><br\/>The true turning point came when she joined the project \u201cTowards Enhancing Women\u2019s Economic Participation in Jordan,\u201d implemented with the support of the Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development, in partnership with the Tamkeen Legal Aid and Human Rights Organization, the EuroMed Feminist Initiative, and with funding from the European Union.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through this project, Nibal received a development grant that served as a true launchpad. The support wasn\u2019t just financial\u2014it was accompanied by comprehensive training in:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83e\udde0 Building and Developing the Business Model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf1 Digital Marketing and Effective Presence on Online Platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Financial Skills and Small Business Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udfa8 Crafting a Professional Visual Identity for the Brand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>After months of continuous effort, Nibal launched her brand, NEBALEVA\u2014specialized in natural cosmetics derived from the moringa plant.<\/strong> Her business grew steadily, and she established a comprehensive website that markets her products locally and reaches customers across various governorates of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3e The impact didn\u2019t stop at the individual level. Nibal began expanding her team by involving women from her community in production and packaging\u2014creating new job opportunities for rural women who were in need of economic support and a chance to express their potential.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce2 <strong>My Message<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\ud83d\udcac &#8220;My project, NEBALEVA, is not just a brand\u2014it is a message that beauty can be natural, safe, and accessible from the heart of our environment.
