This collaboration took place within the framework of the project <strong>\u201cRural Women More Resilient in Poverty Pockets \u2013 Jerash,\u201d<\/strong> implemented by the Center with support from <strong>Expertise France<\/strong> and funding from the <strong>European Union<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p>\ud83c\udfdb\ufe0f <strong>Change Makers Center: A Strategic Role in Institutional Empowerment<\/strong><\/p><p><br data-mce-bogus=\"1\"\/><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<p><p>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>The Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development played a strategic role in empowering the association both technically and institutionally, by designing and implementing a comprehensive package of interventions between 2022 and 2023, which included:<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p>\ud83d\udcb0 <strong>Financial support in the form of \u201cagricultural tools\u201d enabled the association to develop and implement its activities efficiently.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udcbc <strong>Appointing a Field Coordinator for 10 Months Within the Association\u2019s Structure to Enhance Program Implementation Efficiency and Ensure Effective Field Monitoring<\/strong><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>\ud83e\udded <strong>Specialized Administrative and Technical Guidance in Institutional Capacity Building and Updating Internal Policies and Procedures<\/strong><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Integrating Social Protection Concepts and Labor Market Readiness into the Association\u2019s Work Methodology<\/strong><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca This support helped the association enhance the efficiency of its internal operations and adopt participatory approach adopted by the Change Makers Center, the association implemented training programs targeting 80 participants\u2014young women and persons with disabilities\u2014focused on practical and technical topics related to the green labor market and sustainable skills.<\/strong><\/p><p><br data-mce-bogus=\"1\"\/><\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Mobile Phone Maintenance: Hands-On Technical Training in Diagnostic and Repair Skills for Smart Devices, as a Pathway to Self-Employment and a Real Opportunity to Enter the Job Market<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>These programs contributed to enhancing participants\u2019 technical and life skills, connecting them to new opportunities to the capacity-building support in community dialogue and advocacy provided by the Change Makers Center, the association participated in a pioneering local campaign aimed
