But she saw something different in the pomegranate\u2014a <strong>chance for life, empowerment, and sustainability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>It all began with a small idea and a passion for experimentation<\/strong>, until the moment that completely transformed the course of her project: her enrollment in the initiative <strong>\u201cTowards Enhancing Women\u2019s Economic Participation in Jordan\u201d<\/strong>, implemented by the <strong>Change Makers Center for Sustainable Development<\/strong>, in an executive partnership with <strong>Tamkeen Legal Aid<\/strong> and the <strong>EuroMed Feminist Initiative<\/strong>, and supported by the <strong>European Union<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf31 <strong>Through this project, Fatima participated in a series of specialized training programs<\/strong> that reshaped her perspective on entrepreneurship and provided her with practical tools that transformed her idea from a creative concept into a <strong>successful and sustainable economic model<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f <strong>Risk Management<\/strong>: Fatima learned how to plan her project beyond the pomegranate season. She shifted from relying solely on pomegranates as a raw material to developing a variety of products such as <strong>vinegar, pomegranate molasses, and natural cosmetics<\/strong>. In doing so, she created <strong>productive sustainability and a year-round source of income<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcdc <strong>Legal and Regulatory Organization<\/strong>: Before the training, the steps for official registration were unclear; but today, Fatima\u2019s project is <strong>registered and licensed<\/strong>, operating within a legal framework that <strong>builds trust and lays the foundation for long-term growth<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfa8 <strong>Brand Identity and Development<\/strong>: Through design and marketing workshops, Fatima came to understand the importance of presenting her project\u2019s story as an integral part of the product. As a result, her products now carry a <strong>name, identity, and logo<\/strong> that reflect the values of <strong>sustainability, innovation, and empowered rural women<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca <strong>Monitoring and Evaluation Skills<\/strong>: Fatima acquired tools for <strong>performance measurement, quality control, and data-driven planning<\/strong>, which made her more capable of increasing profits and continuously improving her product.<br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Today, Fatima\u2019s project is no longer just a personal experiment or a traditional craft<\/strong>\u2014it has become an <strong>economic, environmental, and human message<\/strong>.
