The sessions will address a range of issues related to youth participation within political parties, local development priorities, the factors contributing to the trust gap between young people and political parties, as well as the role of community media and civil society organizations in promoting political participation and strengthening constructive dialogue

The sessions target young men and women, women, persons with disabilities, civil society organizations, community leaders, and representatives of a number of political parties. They are designed as inclusive dialogue spaces focused on exchanging perspectives and listening to youth priorities, while ensuring a neutral environment away from political promotion or partisan polarization.

The dialogue sessions will be broadcast live through Sawt Ajloun Community Radio and its digital platforms, enabling the public to follow the discussions and outcomes while expanding the scope of dialogue around youth political participation issues across Jordan’s governorates.

The sessions are expected to result in the development of local recommendations that reflect the priorities of youth in Ajloun Governorate and strengthen communication channels between political parties and the local community. This will contribute to supporting political modernization efforts and encouraging more effective and sustainable youth participation.

You can access and download the full concept paper from the attachment below.

Conceptual document – No voice on the margins (1)📥 Download

The Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development has launched the concept paper for the local dialogue sessions it is implementing in partnership with Sawt Ajloun Community Radio as part of the project “From Vision to Implementation: Investing Political Parties in Youth for a Promising Political Future.” The initiative is in preparation for three local dialogue…

[94,93,95

post-11918","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-intermediaries-of-change-center","category-news","category-sawt-ajloun-radio","single-item
["GET
