She stressed that self-learning is a gateway to innovation, calling for the promotion of values, courage, and constructive criticism, as well as the adoption of a comprehensive vision that links economic and political modernization. She highlighted the vital roles of teachers, families, and students in driving the development process.

Dr. Al-Najjar also added that the government has a comprehensive strategy to develop cultural industries. This strategy is based on supporting young creatives, encouraging investment in creative sectors, and linking culture to the national economy. It focuses on building an environment that nurtures creativity, strengthening partnerships with the private sector, and developing the necessary infrastructure to advance cultural industries.<\/p>\n\n
For her part, Dr. Wafa Al-Khadra explained that education is facing global challenges, most notably the gap between academic curricula and labor market demands, as well as the disconnect between the traditional roles of schools and their evolving functions in the age of educational platforms. She emphasized the need to translate knowledge and skills into practical applications that serve both society and the job market.

Dr. Al-Khadra stressed the importance of fostering critical and creative thinking, enhancing teachers’ capacities, and equipping them with modern tools. He emphasized that their active participation contributes to building a society capable of addressing educational challenges, improving its quality, and enhancing job opportunities and the environment that supports them\u2014ensuring comprehensive and equitable development for both genders.

He also stressed the importance of increasing accountability among decision-makers to guarantee equal opportunities for youth in rural communities and to reduce marginalization and exclusion caused by developmental and social disparities and biases.
