Holding training workshops for women who wish to run for elections, to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;2. Organizing dialogue sessions with the local community and decision-makers to clarify the importance of women&#8217;s participation in political life.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;3. Developing gender-sensitive development plans to guide government policies and programs in ways that serve women in rural areas.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><blockquote><strong>&#8220;Results:&#8221;<\/strong><\/blockquote><br\/>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n<p>&#8220;1.
