The sample included <strong>diverse age groups<\/strong> and <strong>representatives of both genders<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Data was collected through a <strong>direct questionnaire<\/strong> that included a set of <strong>closed-ended questions<\/strong> designed to measure the level of satisfaction across several <strong>service and administrative areas<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca <strong>Overall Satisfaction with Municipal Services<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca <strong>The results showed that overall citizen satisfaction with municipal services was mixed<\/strong>. While some residents expressed <strong>moderate levels of satisfaction<\/strong>, others voiced <strong>dissatisfaction with the quality of essential services<\/strong> such as <strong>public cleanliness, infrastructure, and street lighting<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>These indicators point to a <strong>gap between citizens\u2019 expectations and the actual quality of services provided by the municipality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Public Cleanliness and Environmental Services<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The survey results revealed recurring concerns regarding waste collection, container distribution, and neighborhood cleanliness<\/strong>.
