This points to a <strong>clear gap between citizens\u2019 expectations and the current level of service<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>As for the <strong>satisfaction rate regarding the municipality\u2019s readiness to accommodate persons with disabilities<\/strong>, it stood at only <strong>28.6%<\/strong>, which signals an urgent need to <strong>improve infrastructure and enhance accessibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfea <strong>Market Regulation and General Maintenance<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc9 Citizen satisfaction with market regulation and general maintenance efforts remains low, according to the survey results:<br\/><br\/>Only 36.9% of respondents expressed satisfaction with efforts to regulate markets and remove encroachments, while around 42% reported dissatisfaction.<br\/><br\/>Regarding general maintenance services\u2014such as road repairs and infrastructure upkeep\u2014only 43.8% of participants were satisfied, indicating a decline in maintenance quality or slow response times.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udea6 <strong>Traffic and Stormwater Drainage<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea6 Regarding traffic flow, only 30.3% of participants expressed satisfaction, a notably low percentage given the actual need for better traffic regulation and improved road infrastructure.<br\/><br\/>\ud83c\udf27\ufe0f As for stormwater drainage, the satisfaction rate reached just 38%, indicating the presence of seasonal issues that call for effective and sustainable engineering solutions.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf33 <strong>Lighting and Parks<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Only 33.8% of citizens expressed satisfaction with the availability and maintenance of street lighting in the city, while over 54% reported dissatisfaction or neutrality on this issue\u2014highlighting a clear need to improve public lighting services.<br\/><br\/>\ud83c\udf33 As for parks and recreational spaces, the satisfaction rate did not exceed 30.3%, underscoring the importance of developing public facilities that better meet the needs of families and youth.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfdb\ufe0f <strong>Municipal Council Performance<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfdb\ufe0f Citizen opinions on the performance of the municipal council were mixed:<br\/><br\/>53.2% of respondents expressed general satisfaction with the council\u2019s performance.<br\/><br\/>However, satisfaction dropped to 45.4% regarding community representation and 47.2% for communication with the public, indicating a need to strengthen civic engagement and communication mechanisms.<br\/><br\/>Additionally, only 45% were satisfied with the council\u2019s adherence to transparency and accountability principles, highlighting an area that requires focused improvement.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc65 <strong>Staff and Community Empowerment<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc65 Citizen evaluations of municipal staff varied, with:<br\/><br\/>54.1% expressing satisfaction with the professionalism and courtesy of employees<br\/><br\/>54.3% satisfied with the speed of processing transactions<br\/><br\/>Regarding the municipality\u2019s role in women\u2019s empowerment, the satisfaction rate reached 49.1%, indicating promising signs that could be strengthened through targeted initiatives<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcec <strong>Handling Complaints and Suggestions<\/strong><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcec Citizen satisfaction with the municipality\u2019s response to complaints and suggestions reached 57.2%, which is a relatively good rate. This indicates the presence of effective communication channels, yet also highlights the need to improve the quality of responses and the effectiveness of proposed solutions<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca The survey results reveal clear gaps in municipal services, particularly in areas such as maintenance, public lighting, and market regulation.
