“No Voice on the Sidelines”: The Second Dialogue Session in Al-Junaid under the “From Vision to Implementation” Project

The Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development, in partnership with Radio Sawt Ajloun, and with support from the King Abdullah II Fund for Development, is organizing the second local dialogue session as part of the project:

“From vision to implementation: Parties’ investment in youth for a promising political future”

The session brings together young men and women, representatives of political parties, civil society organizations, and local leaders, with the aim of strengthening direct dialogue between youth and political parties and building sustainable partnerships that enhance youth political participation and empower them to play more active roles in public life and decision-making, in line with Jordan’s political modernization process.

Session topics

• The reality of youth participation within political parties and the extent of the effectiveness of this participation.
• Moving from membership to effective participation in program development and decision-making.
• The role of political parties in empowering youth and preparing young political leaders.
• The extent to which party programs respond to youth priorities in education, training, employment, economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and local development.
• Promoting the participation of youth, women, and people with disabilities in party and political life.
• Building a sustainable partnership between political parties and youth based on dialogue, influence, and participation in shaping public policies.
