Malak Kharabsheh is a pioneering woman in Ajloun Governorate, combining a passion for community work with a clear developmental vision. Through her extensive experience in volunteer and charitable work, she has been able to move from simple initiatives to building a comprehensive development path that contributes to empowering rural women and improving the economic and social conditions of families in her community.

As president of the Ain Janna Charitable Society, Malak focused on developing sustainable development plans aimed at improving the quality of life for low-income families and empowering women and youth through training and vocational programs tailored to the needs of the local market. She also worked to strengthen partnerships with public and private institutions to ensure the continuity of projects and maximize their impact, which led to her election to the Federation of Charitable Societies twice consecutively.

Malak has been able to transform local rural potential into successful economic projects, most notably the Beit Al-Zaatar project, which supports rural product production chains and provides job opportunities for women, in addition to the Al-Mukhtar Honey project, which is based on the production and marketing of natural honey in sustainable ways, which has contributed to creating job opportunities and supporting families in the region.

Malak Kharabsheh’s vision focuses on the idea that true development begins with investing in people, through capacity building, fostering self-reliance, and transforming local challenges into economic opportunities. Thanks to her astute management and unwavering dedication, her projects have become inspiring success stories and a clear model for how to leverage rural resources to achieve comprehensive social and economic development.

Malak continues her development journey with steady steps, based on a vision that relies on collective work and a spirit of cooperation, with the aim of building a cohesive society capable of bringing about positive change from within and achieving a sustainable renaissance.
