“The ‘Political Participation for a Better Future for Women in Rural Areas’ Project aims to increase political participation opportunities for rural women and enhance their role in reaching decision-making positions at the level of the 19th Parliament (2020 elections). The project also seeks to strengthen rural women’s involvement in shaping public policies, thereby contributing to sustainable political development in rural areas.”

“1. Increasing political participation opportunities for rural women in parliamentary elections.”

“2. Enhancing the role of rural women in shaping public policies.”

“3. Supporting women who wish to run for parliamentary elections.”

“Activities:”

 

“1. Holding training workshops for women who wish to run for elections, to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills.”

“2. Organizing dialogue sessions with the local community and decision-makers to clarify the importance of women’s participation in political life.”

“3. Developing gender-sensitive development plans to guide government policies and programs in ways that serve women in rural areas.”
