Early screening… a simple step that can make a big difference – Pink October 🎀
Every October, the call to raise awareness about breast cancer is renewed, emphasizing the importance of women’s health and the commitment to regular screenings and early detection.
Early detection is one of the most important measures for identifying breast cancer at an early stage, providing better chances for treatment and recovery. Therefore, being aware of risk factors, learning about appropriate screening methods, and consulting a doctor or a specialized healthcare provider are essential steps in maintaining women’s health.
As part of the annual Pink October Campaign, implemented by the Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development (ICC) and Sawt Ajloun Community Radio, in cooperation and partnership with the King Hussein Cancer Center, we continue this year to share awareness-raising and human-centered messages from inspiring women who are raising their voices to promote awareness of breast cancer and emphasize the importance of early detection.
Early screening can make a big difference.🎀
