Use of Virtual Reality Technology in Modern Agriculture and Nutrient Solution Preparation – Session Six
Ajloun – The Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development (ICC), in cooperation with the Ajloun Directorate of Agriculture, continued implementing the activities of the Field School for Modern and Sustainable Agricultural Technologies by holding its sixth training session, which focused on using Virtual Reality (VR) technology in modern agriculture and preparing nutrient solutions.
The session is part of a series of theoretical and practical training sessions aimed at introducing participants to the latest sustainable agricultural technologies and practices, while strengthening their practical skills in using modern tools and technologies in the agricultural sector.
The session introduced the concept of Virtual Reality (VR) and its role in developing training and learning methods in the agricultural field. Participants were given the opportunity to engage in an interactive experience to explore a range of modern agricultural applications and technologies, contributing to enhanced practical knowledge and bridging the gap between theory and practice.
The session also covered the preparation of nutrient solutions used in hydroponic farming, introducing participants to their key components and proper handling methods. This helped participants understand the essential principles for correctly managing nutrient solutions within modern agricultural systems.
The Field School continues to implement its training program through a series of specialized sessions and practical activities, aiming to equip young people with knowledge and skills in modern and sustainable agricultural technologies and enhance their opportunities to apply these technologies in their projects and local communities.
