0Youth Dialogue Meeting with the Ministry of Labour – National Employment Program
As part of the activities of the “Reef Space Project,” youth leaders and project team members are holding a dialogue meeting with the Ministry of Labour – National Employment Program, with the aim of following up on the recommendations raised by young people during previous dialogue sessions and discussing challenges related to employment and job opportunities in rural communities.
The meeting addresses a number of key topics, most notably:
- The challenges young people face in accessing job opportunities.
- National employment programs and opportunities available to youth.
- Enhancing youth access to information and opportunities in rural communities.
- Employability skills, CV preparation, and job interviews.
- Networking with employers and enhancing youth readiness for the labor market.
- Mechanisms for following up on youth recommendations with the relevant authorities.
The meeting aligns with the project’s shift from merely presenting challenges and recommendations to focusing on follow-up, response, and practical action, while strengthening the role of youth in dialogue, advocacy, and engagement with relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
The project is implemented by the Agents of Change Center for Sustainable Development, in partnership with Ajloun Voice Community Radio and in cooperation with the German Rosa Luxemburg Foundation.
