The Center for Change Agents launches its first local dialogue sessions in Ajloun as part of the “From Vision to Implementation” project.
The Center for Change Agents for Sustainable Development, in partnership with Sawt Ajloun Community Radio and with support from the King Abdullah II Fund for Development, is organizing the first local dialogue session as part of the “From Vision to Implementation: Investing in Political Parties’ Youth for a Promising Political Future” project.
The session brings together young women and men, representatives of political parties, civil society organizations, and a number of local leaders, with the aim of strengthening direct dialogue between youth and political parties and building sustainable partnerships that contribute to enhancing youth political participation, in line with Jordan’s political modernization process.
Session topics:
- The reality of youth participation within political parties.
- Moving from membership to effective participation in decision-making.
- The role of political parties in empowering youth and preparing young political leaders.
- The parties’ response to the youth’s priorities in education, training, employment, economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and local development.
- Building a sustainable partnership between political parties and youth based on dialogue and influence on public policies.
