We are pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Applications (RFA) within the framework of the Voices Heard project, implemented by the Intermediaries of Change Center for Sustainable Development. This project aims to enhance the resilience and institutional sustainability of Radio Sawt Ajloun by addressing key challenges related to audience engagement, technical infrastructure, and financial sustainability.

Since our establishment in 2016, Intermediaries of Change has dedicated its efforts to empowering the community and promoting sustainable development in Ajloun Governorate. Radio Sawt Ajloun plays a vital role in this mission, serving as a key platform for delivering news, education, and advocacy for the rights of marginalized groups, including youth, women, and persons with disabilities.

We invite you to review the attached Request for Applications, which includes detailed information about the training objectives, scope of work, and application requirements. The training will focus on key topics including sound engineering, audio editing, and broadcast equipment operation, tailored to meet the needs of the Radio Sawt Ajloun team.
